PRIVATE COACHING

Personal.

Attuned.

This work may be for you if you love your marriage and family, yet find that stress, overwhelm, or familiar patterns sometimes pull you away from the way you want to show up. You may be longing for more intimacy and playfulness in your marriage, more connection in motherhood, or simply more room to feel like yourself within the life you love.

The Arbor offers private one-to-one coaching where we can give personal attention to what is unfolding in your body, your relationships, and your everyday life. Together, we draw from somatic practice and relational skills to help you care for your needs, understand your protective patterns, and practice new ways of responding and relating.

Some sessions may center on what your body is communicating. Others may begin with a difficult interaction, a recurring pattern in your marriage, or something tender within motherhood. We follow what you bring and work at a pace that allows space for both exploration and integration.

Within the shelter of The Arbor, there is room to slow down, listen closely, and tend with care to what is ready for your attention.

"One of the biggest changes for me has been my relationship with my body. I don't feel bombarded by activation anymore. Instead, I feel more accepting of what my body is experiencing and more empowered to move through it.

I've been able to recognize activation much earlier and use what we practiced together in real life. Knowing that my body is capable of making space for these experiences has changed how I respond in moments of overwhelm."

About This Work

This work brings nervous system awareness and relational practice together. We may explore how stress shows up in your body, the patterns that emerge within your closest relationships, and what helps you remain connected to yourself as you choose how you want to respond.

Sessions are educational and experiential. Depending on what you bring, we might slow down and notice sensation, connect with a resource, make space for a protective response, or work with a relational skill you can begin practicing in everyday life.

Your pace, boundaries, and agency remain central throughout our work. I offer guidance, reflection, and invitations while trusting that you know your own life from the inside.

This work is not therapy, crisis support, or clinical treatment. It can complement appropriate medical or mental health care, but does not replace it.

My Heart

My heart is for women who deeply love their husbands and families, yet sometimes lose touch with themselves while trying to care for everyone and hold everything together.

I want this work to make room for the complexity of that experience. For the love you feel, the needs you carry, the patterns that have protected you, and the parts of your relationships that may feel tender or difficult.

My hope is that what we practice together begins to shape the way you care for yourself, receive love, respond when things are hard, and nurture connection within your marriage and family.

A holistic approach.

To embodying connection.
