CAPACITY LAB
A LIVE SOMATIC PRACTICE
Do you feel lost or overwhelmed in the day-to-day, even though you’ve read the advice and know all the things you “should” be doing? Maybe you feel trapped.
You probably don’t need more information. What you need is more capacity to access what’s already there… your own knowing, your ability to notice and meet your needs inside the moments that usually leave you defeated, and a sense that you have some say in how you live your life.
This practice is designed to help you feel like you belong in your life. More connected to your intuition, your desires and limits, your need for rest, your ability to choose, and your humanity.
Capacity Lab is a consistent live nervous system practice held through three virtual Practice Rooms. Each room gives us a different place to slow down, notice what’s happening, and practice staying with yourself through the nitty-gritty of life.
Join the introductory season, 4 weeks for $89
The first 5 women to join by October 1 will also receive a complimentary 30-minute Capacity Mapping session with me.
Three rooms. Three ways to practice:
Honor the Process
A practice in staying with uncertainty, imperfection, and the unfolding of your own life.
This room creates space for the places that want answers, resolution, certainty, or proof that you are doing it right.
We Heal in Relationship
A practice in staying connected to yourself while in connection with others.
This room explores the nervous system patterns that arise in marriage, motherhood, family, friendship, and the everyday vulnerability of being known.
Your Body Knows What to Do
A practice in listening to the body’s intelligence and building trust in its natural rhythms.
This room helps you become more familiar with sensation, activation, settling, impulse, and the body’s capacity to reorganize when it has enough support.
An invitation into this season…
Beginning October 5: A four week rhythm of live nervous system practice, created to help you stay connected to yourself through the real experiences of life, love, and relationship.
I am excited to invite you into this introductory season, starting the first week of October, where we will experience all three practice rooms. See below for dates and times.
Four weeks for $89
Your $89 includes the full four-week introductory season, replay access throughout, and our closing Q&A and reflection session. Before the season ends, I’ll share the ongoing rhythm and new price for Capacity Lab. You can then decide whether you would like to continue practicing with us.
The first 5 women to join by October 1 will also receive a complimentary 30-minute Capacity Mapping session with me.
We’ll look at what’s currently taking up the most space in your system, where you tend to lose access to yourself, and how you might use Capacity Lab to support what you’re actually living through.
This introductory season is open for enrollment, with our first session beginning October 5.
How the four weeks will unfold

What happens inside a Practice Room?
Each Practice Room is a live, 30-minute guided nervous system session over Zoom.
We begin by checking in with how we are arriving to session, making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. From there we establish a resource like orienting to the space around us. Then I guide you through a carefully paced embodied practice connected to the room’s conviction, where we move between our resource and the content and back to resource.
You’ll join on mute, and your camera and level of participation are always your choice. There may be occasional invitations to reflect in the chat, with no pressure to share or perform.
This is practice, not processing. We don’t dive into trauma work or ask you to stay with anything that feels overwhelming.
“Having a regular time to touch in and truly be with myself has been so supportive. I’ve been reminded how powerful co-regulation can be, and I love returning to the same theme over several weeks. It helps anchor me and feels good to my system.”
—CAPACITY LAB PARTICIPANT
Your four-week season includes
Three weekly live 30-minute Practice Rooms over Zoom
Access to all replays over the four weeks
One live Q&A and reflection session in the final week
The freedom to participate at your own pace
A rhythm you can return to
The point isn’t to master a practice once and move on. We return to these things because your experience changes from day to day.
Something that feels easy to notice one week might feel completely unavailable the next. You may arrive activated, tired, disconnected, curious, or surprisingly okay. Each time, we begin with what is actually here.
Over four weeks, that repetition gives you a chance to become more familiar with yourself without needing to force progress. You begin noticing what supports you, what your limits feel like, and what helps you stay a little closer to yourself when life gets hard.
You don’t need to attend every practice or take everything in at once. Come into the rhythm and participate at your own pace.
Four weeks for $89.
This introductory season is open for enrollment, with our first session beginning October 5.
“The sessions have been such a blessing. The emphasis on slowing down, having more space to observe, and allowing myself more time to process has felt deeply relevant and helpful. Watching the replays has also supported me in learning at a pace that feels right for me.”

A few practical details
Do I need to attend every live practice?
No. Join the practices that feel supportive, and use the replays whenever you cannot attend live.
What happens after this introductory season?
After experiencing all three Practice Rooms, you’ll have the opportunity to continue with Capacity Lab as an ongoing practice. I’ll share the updated rhythm and pricing before this season ends, and continuing will always be your choice.
