I Already Am

I didn’t see it when I was trying to be stoic,
unbothered, unbroken—
wearing armor with no gaps.

I didn’t feel it when I was gathering
sacred details, curated emotions,
mountaintop moments in the deep.

I didn’t find it when I was tracing
lines I learned by heart,
etched by patterns not my own.

I see it now.
Feel it.
Find it.

Without trying.

In those moments where I can just…
let everything be.

Oh, to be whole…

And oh to find out
I already am.
