Photography is more of a hobby than a part of my job. I usually don't do professional photography but dabble in lifestyle shoots if people request. I do however have a brilliant photography partner who takes care of all the professional shoots here at my design studio. Check out > Tim Williams Photography < to see what I mean.

This couple are very dear to my heart. Sarah has been a long standing friend of mine, and Matthew has been the same to my husband. Now she is on a journey towards motherhood and I can't help but smile as I watch her prepare so charmingly for this season. I know they will be incredible parents, and their little love story will only deepen with joy, strength and grace when baby arrives.
This is a shoot very close to my heart, documenting a happy and momentous occasion. My niece Evie celebrates her 3rd birthday, after a horrendous year battling cancer. Last year, her birthday was barely celebrated in a small meeting room within the walls of Children's Westmead Hospital, only days after hearing her diagnosis. This year, she was cancer free with only two treatments to go, and running around as healthy as can be. Read more about her journey here, and enjoy these photos of her delicious Strawberry Shortcake party.
These photos are in honour of my beautiful grandparents (The Fossils) who passed away last year. I actually took these pictures after Fossil passed from an unexpected heart attack, but before Nan was taken by cancer only a couple of months later. They were taken around their humble Blue Mountains home; the beautiful gardens and the tree forever affectionately termed "The Family Tree". Today it would have been Nan's 75th birthday, had she still been here with us. So, as the tears rolled down my cheeks, I edited this shoot to publish in memory... There is a hole in the place where you left us. If only I could see you again. We love and miss you dearly, and thank goodness we have these photos; precious memories of the gift of family, love and laughter that you always gave us. Xx
Bentley's kitchen tea was an absolute delight to photograph! The day was as sweet in formation and company as it was in culinary excellence [thanks to everyone who baked, especially the maid-of-honour who made and decorated the 'to-die-for' cake]. Bentley is outgoing, fun and contagiously happy. Such a vibrant and photogenic subject.
This was my first pregnancy shoot. Little Willie, the beautiful baby boy about to turn Matt and Sammy's world upside down [in a good way], is the delicious bump featured in these photos. Sammy –mum-to-be– takes my breathe away. I couldn't get over her elegance and beauty while taking and editing these pics. And to think she was nervous about this shoot.
This was one of the most beautiful experiences I have had. My hubby took me on a wild and romantic adventure, riding a scooter to explore the island we were staying on in Bali. He is the sort of person that really doesn't like to take many risks... But he felt it was time to challenge that part of him, and so off we went. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit scared... and we did fall off once, but it was worth it. When we reached the 'Devil's Tear' we were blown away by the stunning and rugged landscape before us. We stayed until the sun set on this pretty picture. Magical!
My first engagement party session was in celebration of this gorgeous couple. My sister-in-law Bentley and her fiancee Ben had a lovely lunch-style party at Ben's family home, complete with sliders, soup, and a variety of delicious sweet chasers. It was a beautiful day, filled with lovely details and lots of smiles.
